At Eva & Blake, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product. This document clearly outlines our return policy.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not allowed.

  • Returning products that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return some is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Submit your return request via info@eva-blake.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. You will receive the return address from our supplier.

  3. Ship the item back at your own cost, including any customs fees or shipping charges.

  4. We recommend always using a tracked shipping method for returns.

Refunds

Once the item is received at the return address and the condition of the product is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
